OverviewThe Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a motivated Contracts Administration Officer to join the Transperth Train Operations team on a full-time, fixed term basis.Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, this role supports the delivery of contracts for the METRONET Railcar Procurement Project, a key initiative shaping the future of public transport in Western Australia.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the coordination and delivery of low to medium risk projects.Supporting contract management including tenders, payments, and performance reviews.Maintaining accurate financial records and updating project budgets and forecasts.Liaising with stakeholders to support project delivery and continuous improvement.Ensuring compliance with PTA policies and government procurement requirements.Preparing and reviewing contract documentation, tenders, and variations.Maintaining contract and procurement records in line with PTA systems and policies.About YouDemonstrated experience in project or contract administration within complex environments.Sound understanding of government procurement and financial administration processes.Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with stakeholder engagement experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and contract management systems.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.About UsThe PTA's vision is to be recognised as a leader in providing world-class public transport services and solutions.
