We are seeking a detail-focused Operations Coordinator to provide essential support for the maintenance team with all aspects of SAP work order management. This role involves creating notifications, generating work orders, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
The successful candidate will possess strong experience using SAP for work orders and notifications, coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills. They must also have the right to work in Australia.
In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining SAP work orders, processing parts bookings and material requisitions, and preparing work orders for execution. You will also offer day-to-day assistance to supervisors for all work order related tasks.
The opportunity is based in Kwinana on a 6-month contract, offering a collaborative team environment and the chance to gain profound exposure to SAP work management and maintenance processes.
