About The Role
Provides advanced advice and support functions relating to relevant systems including, but not limited to S4/HANA, Springboard, and ExpenseMe Pro to support the Sustainability Infrastructure and Assets (SIA) Branch and Security Services in the delivery of sustainability, infrastructure and assets services across West Moreton Health. Supports the Director Sustainability Infrastructure and Assets and the Manager Sustainability and Performance.
About You
* Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients while working autonomously, prioritising workload, maintaining confidentiality, and establishing good work practices focusing on service.
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work with relevant stakeholders to meet the requirements of the organisation, the contracts, and the branch and to maximise efficiency and work.
* Proven ability to provide high level administrative support, and high‑level systems support in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly S4HANA and other relevant systems to maximise efficiency and work.
* Proven ability to provide solutions to specific situations or issues relating to systems administration, enhancements.
* Ability to work cooperatively, collaboratively, and effectively within a team environment by sharing information, openly communicating, managing change, having respect, and including all team members in.
Mandatory Requirements
* While not mandatory, a relevant qualification such as a Certificate IV Business / Business Administration would be well regarded.
