As we continue to grow and open more Centres, our recruitment team expands, and we need a recruitment extraordinaire to take the reins and drive the function.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources (HoHR), the Talent Acquisition Manager is key to ensuring efficiencies and performance across the recruitment function.
Day to day, you will:
* Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy, including attraction and sourcing strategies, identifying and adding new methods to the recruitment process
* Lead employment branding initiatives to actively promote the Green Leaves Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand
* Analyse and implement changes to improve the candidate experience
* Work with the HoHR and our HR Systems Officer to design and implement new system processes as appropriate
* Leads the development and review of recruitment policies and processes
* Collaborate with the Operations team to understand legislative and business process change before implementing and communicating
* Determines and administers appropriate assessment criteria and methods for candidate suitability
* Track and report on recruitment spend accurately
* Actively analyses recruitment data to ensure identifying areas of improvement
* Manage, mentor and guide the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment practices, including effective forecasting of requirements, communicating our brand, interviewing techniques and the Talent Acquisition process
* Manages the recruitment process end to end for Centre Directors and newly opening Centres
* Develops and analyses reporting across recruitment metrics
* Drives the consistent achievement of team performance KPI's.
* Builds and engages a professional network through relationships with other recruiter professionals, colleges and partners.
You will hold:
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline
* At least 5 - 10 years prior experience in a recruitment role
* Knowledge of industrial and employee relations law relating to recruitment and onboarding
* Proven experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment marketing tools
* Understands the factors that drive candidate/employee motivation
* The ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
* Effective problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
* The ability to think outside the box, be creative, find solutions and collaborate.
