About the Role:
* Managing the current rent roll with minimal supervision
* Overseeing maintenance
* Lease renewals and vacates
* Bond lodgment and disbursements
* Monitoring rent arrears
* No Trust accounting, Open Homes or Application processing
* An assistant to conduct Routines
About You:
* Living in Australia with an easy reach to Hope Island Gold Coast
* Previous experience in Property Management (preferred)
* Current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to problem-solve and work independently
* Proficiency in property management software
* The ability to learn and grow.
* Self-motivation and a strong desire to achieve.

Structure and Salary:
* You'll be required to work a standard 38 hr week. 9.00am – 5.00pm Mon to Thur, and 8.00am – 4.00pm Fri.
* Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience
* We will add Super to your salary and a car and phone is provided for out of office requirements
