We are seeking a professional and outgoing Customer Service Officer with exceptional telephone and customer service skills to work across our Mrs Mac's and Balfours products.
This is an office-based position working out of our head office in Morley, WA, from Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm.
About the role
As our Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide professional and efficient customer service to all Mrs Mac's or Balfours customers and stakeholders by facilitating accurate entry of orders, processing of credits, maintenance of debtor accounts, and possessing a sound understanding of products and services.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate entry of Internal & External orders and credits.
Maintain accuracy of customer information in the Pronto database by verifying and updating customer details.
Answering phones promptly in a professional manner.
Possess a sound understanding of products and processes including actively promoting New Products and promotional lines to customers.
Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting changes in customer ordering patterns to the Customer Service Manager.
Complete the End of Day process when required with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Provide support to Customer Service team during high peak periods and periods of leave including assisting with duties across all positions.
About you
In order to succeed in this role, you will bring the following:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role (or similar).
Strong computer and keyboard skills (alpha/numerical).
Basic understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good Verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent telephone manner.
Good problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of Pronto or similar ERPs.
