An exciting career opportunity awaits at our Werribee clinic, and we're seeking a driven and visionary Site Chief to lead, inspire, and shape the future of our team. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role of Site Chief is to drive a patient‐centred focus through the delivery of clinical excellence and an excellent patient experience.
The role supports our organisation's employee value proposition with attention on training, development, and general support for Tech staff, whilst searching for innovative ways to grow the clinic and improve our community‐based approach to diagnostic imaging.
Responsibilities
* Providing leadership to the staff group of the practice and ensuring all resources and systems are in place to enable the provision of premium quality imaging services and patient care
* Contributing to the promotion of the practice
* Proactively liaising with all relevant providers regarding facility and service matters
* Maintaining licensing and accreditation relevant to the practice and contributing to the clinical workload of the practice
* Managing and leading clinical and administrative teams, whilst developing them by working collaboratively to deal with operational issues as they arise
* Delivering a commercially sustainable clinic model around appropriate financial control and the development of revenue growth opportunities from referrers
* Participating in training programs as directed by the company and maintaining an on‐the‐job training climate for continuous improvement within the practice
* Developing and maintaining quality management programs to improve radiology services and maintain imaging protocols and equipment at the site
Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in guiding clinical teams to achieve outstanding performance and patient care outcomes
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Tertiary qualifications in Radiography
* Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines
* Decision making and problem‐solving skills
* Strong customer service ethic
* A collaborative team‐based approach
* A professional and proactive relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers and support employees
* A high level of patient confidentiality and professional conduct
* Values driven attitude
* Experience in budget planning and implementation is desirable
