Position: Food and Beverage Attendant (part-time) Ivy & Jack
As our new Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help us create memorable experiences for every guest – whether they are enjoying a full conference banquet, a relaxed lunch, or their favourite early‐morning coffee.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the Holiday Inn promise of "Making Guests Smile" by creating genuine, warm, and memorable guest experiences.
* Greet and escort guests to their tables.
* Prepare beverages – including quality barista‐made coffee – plus alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks.
* Serve food professionally and efficiently.
* Highlight specials and promotions.
* Provide meal or beverage recommendations.
* Maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.
* Work collaboratively with your team to provide smooth, consistent service.
Qualifications
* Experience in a Food & Beverage or bar service role.
* Experience as a barista (highly regarded).
* Available for early‐morning starts and can work a 7‐day rotating roster (days, nights, weekends, and public holidays).
* Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people.
* Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
