About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of our SaaS platform. This is a full-time role located on the Sunshine Coast, QLD.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key components of the JJungles platform. The position involves hands‐on software development as well as contributing to technical planning and platform improvements.
You will work closely with product and development teams to translate functional requirements into technical implementation, build new features, maintain existing code, and ensure the platform performs efficiently and scales as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain application code for the JJungles SaaS platform
* Implement new platform features and integrations
* Translate product specifications into technical implementation
* Debug, test and optimise system performance
* Contribute to system architecture and platform improvements
* Review code and support development best practices
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable solutions
Qualifications
* Experience developing web-based platforms or SaaS applications
* Experience working with APIs and system integrations
* Strong understanding of database management and application architecture
* Experience working with version control systems such as Git
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
* Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
* Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Experience with AI-driven automation tools or digital agency software platforms is considered beneficial.
