Responsibilities
* As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
* You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Reservoir
Goodstart Early Learning Centre Reservoir is located in a residential area close to shops, schools and transport. Our Centre caters to children aged six weeks to five years. All rooms – from Nursery to Kindergarten / Preschool - provide a comprehensive program based on the Early Years' Learning Framework - where all children\'s developmental needs are observed, planned for and evaluated.

You'll Need
* Certificate 3 in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current VIC Working with Children Check
