Overview
We have an opportunity for a Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast.
Reporting to the Design Lead, you will work on projects delivering civil design solutions within Brisbane and surrounds.
The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers.
Responsibilities
Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
Interact with clients regarding project needs
Qualifications
Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisions
Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
