Required Skills & Qualifications
* Diploma in Community Work, Youth Work, or Social Work is preferred.
* Proven case management experience and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
* Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is necessary for success in this role.
* Strong documentation and compliance skills are crucial.
* A valid driver's licence and satisfactory probity clearances are required.
