Job Title: Human Resource Manager
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a key role that will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
The successful candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* Professional HR certification is advantageous
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred
