About your new role: Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following – Leading and guiding a small team Coordinating and allocating tasks Precisely cutting, mitre and assemble of aluminium and polycarbonate components Ensuring that all products meet quality standards before being despatched Optimise the warehouse space and keep a clean and safe working environment Assemble the wood crates for the safe transportation of the product About you: 5 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with aluminium Proven experience in effectively and efficiently using tools for cutting, measuring and assembling Demonstrated, natural, leadership and organisation skills Proven experience in being able to interpret technical drawings Experience in production scheduling and workflow planning What’s in it for you?
