Key Responsibilities
* Administer, configure and provide technical support for the ServiceNow platform.
* Coordinate and implement change requests in line with established change management processes.
* Analyse business requirements and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
* Ensure ServiceNow operates efficiently and reliably across business areas, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
* Maintain documentation, reports and system records to support operational integrity and audit compliance.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and deliver high-quality system support aligned with business needs.
You will bring a strong background in systems administration and change management, ideally within a ServiceNow environment. You'll be a confident communicator who can work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders alike, demonstrating analytical skills and hands-on problem-solving ability.
Able to apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems and deliver results-driven solutions. Proactive approach to maintaining and improving system performance and efficiency.
Familiarity with ServiceNow is highly desirable, along with experience of working in a similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
