About the role
As Sector Director Highways you’ll take ownership of the strategic growth client engagement and delivery excellence of our Highways sector across Australia. You’ll work closely with our regional and global leadership teams to position AECOM as the trusted partner of choice in the market driving innovation sustainability and digital transformation across every project.
You’ll lead and grow a passionate multidisciplinary team fostering collaboration technical excellence and commercial success. This is a highly visible leadership role where your ability to engage clients influence strategy and deliver operational excellence will have a lasting impact across our business.

* Deep commercial acumen operations leadership and risk management.
* Extensive industry experience (1015 years) within highways or transport infrastructure with strong familiarity with regional regulations Austroads standards and local procurement models.
