Position: Boutique Manager – Penrith
Contract: 12-month until 30th June 2027
Location: Penrith
Employment Details
Full‐time (32 hours per week) rotating roster with a mix of late‐night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
* Motivate and inspire the team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
* Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
* Coach and mentor the leadership team with regular feedback and performance reviews.
* Introduce fresh ideas that enhance the boutique experience, innovate and improve processes.
* Accountably manage visual merchandising and inventory.
* Coach on the floor, manage KPIs, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and mentor your leadership team.

* Full working rights in the relevant location.
