We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team as a Diabetes Educator in Longreach, QLD. This senior clinical role is perfect for nurses passionate about diabetes management, chronic disease support, and rural community healthcare.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse to provide expert diabetes education and support to patients in a rural setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in diabetes management and be able to work autonomously in a warm and welcoming environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Clinical Nurse (NG6) qualification
* Diabetes Education or Chronic Disease qualification/experience
* Previous Qld Health experience
* Ability to work independently and deliver advanced clinical education
