The Team Leader - Health Sales plays a central role in driving team results, coaching Sales Brokers, and ensuring quality, compliance, and customer excellence.
Job Description
* Lead and support a team of Sales Brokers to achieve sales and performance targets.
* Set monthly goals, GROW plans, and KPIs while ensuring accountability across the team.
* Provide regular coaching, mentoring, call calibrations, and performance feedback.
* Champion sales processes and ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on respect, communication, and ethical leadership.
* Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong team dynamics.
* Manage staffing, daily workflow, leave planning, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with Sales Managers, People & Culture, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Tech teams.
* Drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness, customer service, and operational efficiency.

* Proven experience leading or coaching sales teams in a KPI‐driven environment.
* Strong communication, influence, and relationship‐building skills.
