Catering Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle and prepare food to meet presentation standards using guides.
* Stock airline carts with dry store items, including equipment and packaged goods.
* Loading and unloading wash lines, ensuring cutlery, crockery, and glassware are in perfect condition.
* Maintain compliance with food safety guidelines, hygiene standards, and cleaning schedules.
* Communicate with team members to ensure delivery times are met.
Requirements:
* Precise numerical skills.
* Effective verbal and written communication.
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move/lift items.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
* Present yourself neatly and tidily.
* Familiarity with food hygiene and HACCP principles (desired but not essential).
* Basic knife handling skills (desired but not essential).
