About the Job
* This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, including blocked drain clearance and gas fitting.
* You will be responsible for detecting water leaks, carrying out residential and commercial maintenance work, as well as hot water repairs and installations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance of plumbing and gas systems in residential and commercial properties.
2. Detection and repair of water leaks and other issues.
3. Installation and maintenance of hot water systems.
4. Performance of routine maintenance tasks, including gutter cleaning and roof maintenance.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Plumber and Gas Fitter.
* Holding a QBCC Licence is essential.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
