We are looking for a Warranty Leading Hand to join our vibrant team at Stockland Halcyon Providence, along with supporting our South Brisbane communities across Eagleby and Logan Reserve.
This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday – no weekends .
If you have a carpentry or trade background and want a change of pace while staying connected to the building industry, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You'll Do Manage and complete allocated warranty works across multiple sites.
Liaise with homeowners and deliver exceptional customer care.
Perform hands-on tasks such as door and cabinetry adjustments, grouting, rendering, minor painting and plastering touch-ups, and roof leak assessments.
Coordinate trades when required and ensure all work meets quality standards and timelines.
Provide feedback to improve design and construction for future homes.
About You You are a natural problem solver who stays calm under pressure and enjoys building trust with homeowners.
You have a trade background (carpentry or similar preferred) and experience on residential or commercial sites.
You are ready to step into a client-side role where personality, communication and initiative matter as much as technical skills.
If you are fresh out of trade and looking for a pathway into supervision or customer care, this is your chance.
Experience Skills That Count Carpentry or relevant trade qualification.
Practical building skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to manage warranty works and coordinate trades.
Understanding of QBCC standards and tolerances (training provided if needed).
Current white card, driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Kilometres covered).
Own general tools and current First Aid certificate (or willingness to refresh).
