A rare & exciting opportunity to join Macedon Ranges Community Nursing
The District Nurse is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team who works to achieve a high standard of evidence-based nursing care to the patient/client and significant others for positive treatment outcomes.
They undertake and contribute to the multidisciplinary assessment treatment and discharge planning of patients and assumes accountability and responsibility for his/her own practice based upon his/her level of educational preparation and competence.
Details of Appointment: Part time - ongoing position at 64 hours per fortnight
Salary: YU15 - HITH/PAC Nurse @ $55.98 per hour

Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
