What We’re Looking For
- Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload who want to continue providing services in a secure, team-based role.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.
About the Role
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will help participants navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.
We are specifically looking for Independent Support Coordinators with an existing caseload who want to transition into a secure, team-based role without the stress of running their own business or becoming NDIS Registered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
- Connect them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
- Monitor progress, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
- Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.

Location & Salary
Location: Fully Remote, with the opportunity to work from our offices if available and desired.
Salary:
- Permanent: $44.58 - $46.93 per hour + super + salary packaging benefits
- Subcontract: $70.10 per hour
