About the Role
We are growing and are seeking energetic a Senior Property Manager to join our people focused and successful Retail Property Management team.
This diverse and hands on role will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of retail assets while also working closely with the Director | Retail Property Management to contribute to the leadership of the team and the management of the overall divisional portfolio.
About You
* Licensed Property Manager with extensive retail experience at a Senior level
* Excellent budgeting and financial skills (accrual and cash based)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
* A positive, solution focused attitude is essential
* Previous experience in strategic asset planning and MRI will set you apart from other applicants
