The Role of a Clinical Director, CHQ Operations Centre
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive measurable improvements in patient flow across the healthcare system to enhance experiences for patients and families.
* Provide senior medical leadership to the CHQ Operations Centre, including oversight of the Children's Advice and Transport Co-ordination Hub (CATCH) statewide service.
* Collaborate with other services to develop and embed statewide clinical governance processes involving paediatric transfer and retrieval.
* Work closely with the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Patient Flow & CATCH to deliver safe, efficient, effective, and high-quality services from the Operations Centre.
* Lead key initiatives and improvement activities relevant to the Operations Centre Role within the health service and the wider system.
