Responsibilities
- Prepare and contribute to snacks and mains, plating up deliciously wholesome dishes to support guest experiences.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and manage pressure without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and timely service.
- Assist in creating and executing menu items and ensuring food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience as a Commis Chef or similar role; proven ability to work creatively and innovatively.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality results.
- Strong people skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
