Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective international students and clients to Goldy Australia's education and migration services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging education markets, student demand patterns, and new partnership opportunities.
Manage and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing funnels, social media content, and website landing pages to drive lead generation and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents, migration advisors, RTOs, colleges, and schools to expand the organisation's recruitment and referral network.
Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, digital ads, landing pages, presentations, and partnership proposals tailored for agents, students, and institutional partners.
Analyse marketing performance using CRM and analytics tools, providing actionable insights on lead quality, conversion trends, ROI, and opportunities for campaign optimisation.
Advise senior management on branding direction, pricing strategies, campaign budgeting, promotional activities, and new service offerings to support overall business growth.
Ensure marketing compliance with all relevant education and migration regulations, including the ESOS Act, the National Code, and AQF standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role.
Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking, initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
Understanding of the international student recruitment sector and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency highly regarded.
