* Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.
* Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
* Evaluate and enhance the candidate experience through various touchpoints.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment processes and outcomes.
* Analyse and provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Strong abilities in sourcing candidates through various channels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* A Certificate IV or Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Human Resources.
* Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
