Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships throughout the claim process
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with work providers
* Deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates efficiently
* Assist management in ensuring adherence to Company regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in high volume shops
* Insurance work experience
* Proficiency in Quoting and Production Management Software & Microsoft Office
* Experience with automotive estimating software
