Dive Into a Fun Career – Customer Service Officer at the Pools!
Love being around people and making a splash? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our pool team! From greeting customers and running the kiosk, to helping with programs, events, and facility management – no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and providing top-notch service at reception and kiosk
- Managing bookings, program registrations, and facility inquiries
- Handling cash, processing fees, and keeping records accurate
- Spot cleaning, maintaining facilities, and keeping everything running smoothly
- Assisting with admin tasks, stock orders, and incident reporting
- Supporting the team in day-to-day operations – flexibility is key!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in face-to-face customer service
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Check
- Friendly, approachable, and able to handle tricky situations with a smile
Bonus Points:
- Admin, hospitality, or fitness qualifications
- Pool lifeguard certificate or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a leisure or recreational setting
