Are you an experienced administrator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for governance? We're seeking a Senior Administrative Rep to step into a high‑impact role supporting a busy Governance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys coordinating complex administrative tasks, and can confidently support senior stakeholders.

About the Role

In this dynamic temporary assignment, you will provide essential support to governance operations, elected member communication processes and committee documentation workflows. Your work will ensure the smooth functioning of governance systems and the timely delivery of critical organisational outputs.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and distribute elected member communications, bulletins, and meeting documentation, including collation, binding and archiving.
* Provide high‑quality administrative support across the Governance Unit while ensuring consistent corporate processes and compliance.
* Manage recording of contracts and documents executed under the organisation's common seal.
* Prepare agendas, minutes, correspondence and templates using the relevant systems
* Maintain governance information across internal systems and public platforms.
* Support responses to Right to Information requests and assist with workshop/meeting logistics.
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality administrative support within a complex or diverse organisation.
* Understanding of governance or political/committee‑based operating environments.
* Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office, formatting, databases and content management systems.
* Ability to work in a high‑volume environment, managing shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.
* Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
* Certificate IV or higher in Business, Public Sector Administration or equivalent.

* Pre‑employment Medical (low risk)
