About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Residential and light commercial construction projects.
* Highly detailed, large scale residential construction projects
* Commercial & Education refurbishments and upgrades
* Commercial and retail fit outs
* Fault finding, maintenance and repairs
* Procurement of materials and stock control
* Management of timeframes and deadlines, with the ability to provide input into scheduling and programming of projects.
* Excellent client engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and represent the business professionally.
What We're Looking For
* A-Grade Electrical Licence (ACT or ability to transfer)
* White Card
* Driver's licence
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Good communication and time management skills
* Experience with residential and commercial works
