Key Responsibilities:
* Provide primary care to patients with chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations
* Conduct health assessments, care plans, and minor procedures
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
Requirements:
* General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA VR/Non-VR
* Prior experience in a primary care setting preferred
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative support is available, including experienced nurses and reception staff, to maximise clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction.
