Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Park Manager to support our day-to-day operations and drive an exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for overseeing check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings, as well as managing budgets and identifying revenue opportunities.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to boost marketing and guest numbers, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting
* Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and motivating your team
* Ability to jump into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms
* Basic understanding of budgeting and revenue management
* Guest-obsessed mindset and ability to thrive on making people feel welcome
