Job Opportunity: Order Processing Specialist
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order execution, leveraging their expertise to drive sales growth.
* Process new orders and relevant information entry into the enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
* Review and clarify customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal sales team data.
* Place purchase orders with internal suppliers, coordinating delivery and logistics arrangements.
* Monitor and notify customers and internal teams of expected arrival dates, including any changes.
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related queries and concerns.
* Proactively manage and expedite orders as necessary.
* Process sales order deliveries on the ERP, producing delivery notes and recognizing revenue.
* Generate accurate customer invoices and process supplier invoices for payment.
* Import and export demonstration equipment, handling necessary customs documentation.
* Compile and present weekly reports on open order status.
* Provide exceptional support to external and internal customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Evaluate and implement continuous improvements to order processing procedures.
* Assist with external or customer audits as required, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
