Role Description
This full time face‐to‐face role, based in Traralgon, VIC, involves leading and delivering occupational therapy services in rural and regional communities. Key responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing personalized therapy plans, providing ongoing therapy, and mentoring early and mid‐career team members. The Occupational Therapy - Rural Lead will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated client care and contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness of occupational therapy services.

Requirements & Qualifications
* Highly Proficient in delivering occupational therapy services, including assessments, therapeutic intervention planning, and educational interventions.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support team members effectively.
* Advanced allyship skills and committed to cultural responsiveness.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of the NDIS framework and regulations, and experience working in the disability or healthcare sector.
* Ability to work independently in a rural setting and adapt to the unique challenges of community‐based occupational therapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
* Valid driver's license, and own vehicle, to travel within regional communities.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
