Senior Mechanical Project Manager - Projects ($20M-$100M)
Are you a high-performing Mechanical Project Manager ready to take ownership of large-scale, complex builds? With a strong pipeline of secured work, you'll play a key role in delivering technically complex builds across commercial, healthcare, and large-scale developments. Reporting into a highly experienced Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for project delivery from early-stage procurement through to completion. You'll lead project teams, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and drive programme, cost, and quality outcomes across the full lifecycle. This role sits within a high-performing major projects division, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to deliver landmark builds across Melbourne.
The Role
* Deliver mechanical services projects valued between $20M-$100M
* Full lifecycle project management from procurement through to completion
* Lead project teams, subcontractors, and site operations
* Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and programme
* Liaise with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders
* Ensure delivery across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
The Person
* Proven experience delivering mechanical projects within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
* Strong track record on projects $20M+
* Experience across major commercial, healthcare, or large-scale builds
* Highly commercial with strong financial and programme management capability
* Confident leading teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
* Professional, driven, and capable of operating at a senior level
