HSI Donesafe, an innovative workplace health and safety platform, offers a challenging role for a skilled Pre-Sales Solution Engineer. Our cutting-edge cloud-based software is designed to ease WHS management and provide exceptional customer support.
This position requires collaboration with the sales organization to help enterprise customers maximize the benefits of our product suite. You will work in a presales capacity, emphasizing motivation, soft skills, work ethic, and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses, and business justification.
* Lead the adoption and optimization of internal sales tools and business infrastructure.
* Evangelize new product features & provide customer feedback to product management and engineering teams.
* Work with implementation and referral partners to promote and resell via presales engagements and partner enablement.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business and technical environment.
* Provide product and subject-matter leadership for industry segments.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with analytics-based systems, CRM, or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms supporting business process automation, reporting, and data management.
* Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
