Primary Responsibilities
* Entering sales orders
* Answering telephone enquiries
* Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times, etc.
* Vetting orders
* Providing technical and product support to customers

You will be a self‐motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high‐performance culture.

* Experience in a similar role
* A reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
* A flexible and positive work ethic
* A friendly telephone manner
* The ability to express yourself clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication
