We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join the senior leadership team as Deputy Director of Intensive Care Services.

The Opportunity Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will: Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICU Contribute to service growth, innovation, and sustainability Drive quality outcomes through evidence-based decision-making Mentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary team The ICU manages approximately ******* presentations per year, including ****** paediatric admissions, offering a broad and rewarding clinical case mix.
About You MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia Specialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRA Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM) Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environment Remuneration Benefits Total remuneration of up to $559,860 p.a., including: Base salary up to $274,678 p.a.
