We are seeking an experienced Specialist in Intensive Care Medicine to join the senior leadership team as Deputy Director of Intensive Care Services. This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction and ongoing development of a busy regional ICU.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will:
* Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICU.
* Contribute to service growth, innovation, and sustainability.
* Drive quality outcomes through evidence‐based decision‐making.
* Mentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary team.
The ICU manages approximately 450–650 presentations per year, including 60–100 paediatric admissions, offering a broad and rewarding clinical case mix.
About You
* MBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
* Specialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRA.
* Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM).
* Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environment.
Remuneration & Benefits
Total remuneration of up to $559,860 p.a., including:
* Base salary up to $274,678 p.a. (level dependent)
* 12.75 % employer superannuation
* 17.5 % leave loading
