Position Purpose
The HR Operations Lead is responsible for all HR operational policies and processes for Bloom Education.
Professional Duties and Responsibilities
* Contributes to the design and development of strategic approaches that drive organizational effectiveness and performance by working closely with SLT and School HRs.
* Supports employee engagement and wellbeing activities by proposing initiatives and establishing plans to enhance the organization's culture.
* Compares benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries using data and cost analysis.
* Analyzes organizations systems to facilitate a service-oriented culture.
* Analyzes and supports Job Evaluations as needed across Bloom Education.
* Develops policies and procedures and provides consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
* Develops HR SOPs and provides consultative services to all levels of employees regarding SOPs.
* Assists in the design and delivery of an evolving talent management and succession planning process.
* Provides consultation services in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
* Designs, communicates, and implements change management initiatives under the guidance of the CEO.
* Ensures change happens through implementation of strategies, projects, or initiatives and reviews outcomes and their contribution to achieving business strategy.
* Travel to schools located in different Emirates is required.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
* Preferable bilingual in English and Arabic.
* Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist.
* Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits administration.
* Highly competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Well experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
* Experience in handling employee grievances and conducting thorough investigations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Good communication skills in verbal and non-verbal.
