Solar PV & Battery Electrician (A-Grade) — Target Solar – Western Australia
Target Solar is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Solar PV & Battery Electrician to join our technically strong, growing team.
This is not a junior role. You'll be trusted to run jobs independently, lead small crews, and deliver solar and battery installations end-to-end across residential, commercial, and remote projects.
If you're confident on-site, enjoy autonomy, and want strong earning potential without repetitive installs, this role is for you.
The Role
* Install, test, commission, and hand over solar PV and battery systems
* Run solar and battery jobs independently or with a small crew
* Supervise apprentices and trade assistants when required
* Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3000, SAA standards, and WHS regulations
* Troubleshoot and resolve site-specific technical challenges
* Liaise with customers, site managers, and internal teams
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and documentation
About You
* A-Grade Electrical Licence (WA) – mandatory
* Strong hands-on experience with solar PV and battery installations
* SAA Accreditation – Solar PV & Battery (required)
* Proven experience running jobs end-to-end
* Confident making on-site technical decisions
* Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
* Current White Card & Working at Heights
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
