Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, managing staff, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant budgets, payroll, and cost control measures.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the restaurant.
- Generate and analyze financial reports and KPIs to drive performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning.
- Experience with restaurant marketing and local promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,140.85 per year
