**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the governance on incident and crisis management, supporting areas across ASP OU and franchise bottling partners
- Coordinate notification, escalation, and communication of emergency responses across the region.
- Maintain the IMCR database, ensuring knowledge-sharing and effective incident management.
- Facilitate communication with TI≻ teams, Public Affairs, HR, Legal, bottlers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement IMCR processes and governance requirements locally and regionally.
- Engage with senior leadership to provide updates on IMCR responses, risks, and action plans.
- Support the Global Technical Risk Management Network with local initiatives and training.
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across various teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely dissemination of information during incidents.
- Risks assessment and mitigation: Posses the ability to assess risks and develop tactical plan to mitigate them, whether under QSE aspect, Security, legal or HR related crisis.
