Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Heidi Health
Heidi is on a mission to halve the time it takes to deliver world-class care. We believe that by 2050, every clinician will practice with AI systems that free them from administrative burdens and increase the quality and accessibility of care to patients across the world. Built for clinicians, by clinicians, Heidi is powered by its people — a diverse team of inventors, builders, scientists, nurses, doctors, mathematicians, designers, creatives, and high-agency executors. We achieve in 6 months what it takes competitors 4 years to do, and we are rapidly growing our global team to support 1+ million patient consults per week.
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to supercharge our global expansion by hiring insanely talented humans who are masters of their craft. Reporting to the Head of People, you will optimise Talent Acquisition activities, centralise hiring processes, and support hiring managers through interviews. We are in hyper-growth mode and aim to double the team from 120 to 300+ with consistently high talent standards.
What you'll do
* Own Talent Acquisition efforts across the talent funnel from role scoping, drafting JDs, advertising, screening, and nurturing candidates with a delightful experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to lead initial stages (1–2) of the hiring process by filtering applications and conducting screening calls across a minimum of 15+ roles.
* Optimise interview processes to identify top-caliber talent by building situational, behavioral, culture and values question banks.
* Support hiring managers in designing role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes in the process.
* Activate headhunt mode for niche technical roles, building pipelines across product and engineering.
* Support benchmarking elite talent profiles to help hiring managers distinguish great from good.
* Assist Head of People with implementing talent tools, processes, and systems.
* Network and nurture relationships with tech startup professionals (product managers, engineers, clinicians, sales, ops, CX) to build a high-caliber talent pipeline.
* Elevate our employer brand through conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, socials, videos, and other channels.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of 2–3+ years in agency and/or internal talent acquisition, preferably in tech or startups.
* Experience managing end-to-end hiring: talent funnel activation, role scoping, CV screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of hiring technical roles (product & engineering); other areas can be learned.
* Comfort with headhunting tactics and cold outreach to build candidate pipelines.
* Ability to work with pace and urgency, execution-focused, adaptable in chaos and ambiguity.
* Ability to identify high-caliber talent and foster a high-performance culture.
* Self-starter with motivation, drive, empathy, and commercial acumen.
* Ability to work autonomously with accountability to meet TA requirements and hiring goals.
* Compassion, sense of humor, enthusiasm to accelerate a career in people and have fun.
