**About the role**
An exciting new opportunity has become available to join our team as a Junior Dental Assistant, most ideal for applicants who have just completed or have nearly completed their Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting.
Job responsibilities include:
- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist.
- Provide a high level of sterilisation and infection control.
- Monitoring & re-stocking of dental supplies.
- Occasional reception and admin duties.
- Booking appointments and handling enquires.
- Assist with building patient relationships and positively enhancing patient experience.
- Provides support to other team members.
**What you'll bring to the team**
- Experience in Dental Assisting or nearly completed Cert III/IV Dental Assisting course preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Have a hard working, positive and teachable attitude, be capable of flexibility, compassion and humility, and work well in a team environment.
- Proficient with Mac OS and Microsoft Office products an advantage.
- Be willing to learn and pickup new tasks when required.
- Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence and have your own vehicle.
