What will you do?
* Maintain marine equipment and operate marine vehicles to transport guests, team members, and tours
* Ensure the consistency, quality, and integrity of the delivery of guest service related to the activities function
* Meet and greet incoming and outgoing guests, conduct tours, spearhead activities, and oversee property transfers
* Support the implementation of plans and strategies to improve speed of service and operational efficiencies
* Create a safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
More about you
* Certificate of Competency - Full Grade 1 Coxswain or higher required
* Other required certificates include manual driver’s license, Long Range Operator certificate of proficiency, Responsible Service of Alcohol, AS 2299 diving medical certificate, Provide Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Therapy certificate
* Knowledge of marine environment, dive industry, and resort flora, fauna, bird, and animal life
* Fishing guide experience and PADI instructor certification preferred
* Valid Padi Diving insurance and PADI membership
Physical requirements
* This is a physical role and will support all operations of our activities team
