Culinary Expert Wanted
We are seeking a skilled culinary expert to manage our kitchen and oversee the operating needs of the school canteen.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial food preparation and ordering, as well as tertiary qualifications in hospitality management or a similar discipline. Additionally, they will demonstrate sensitivity to social issues that may affect young people and willingness to be the school's Food Safety Supervisor.
Key responsibilities include working closely with students to provide high-quality fresh meals, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment. They will also be required to develop nutrition programs and menus that cater to diverse dietary needs.
