You will play a critical role in providing tailored financial solutions, ensuring long-term business sustainability, and guiding clients through complex financial and operational decisions.
Responsibilities
* Drive portfolio growth by identifying and fostering new business opportunities
* Partner with farmers and agribusiness clients to develop tailored financial strategies for long-term resilience and success
* Simplify complex financial interactions to help clients navigate funding, risk management, and investment decisions
Qualifications
* Experience in agribusiness or commercial banking, finance, or relationship management
* Ability to manage and simplify complex financial solutions for farming clients
* Strong knowledge of specialised agribusiness financial products
* Well-established industry networks and a track record of building strong client relationships
* A deep understanding of agricultural business cycles, operations, and succession planning
* Experience in farm succession planning is highly desirable
The Role
